The agreement signals NEU’s official adoption of the Aralinks Coding Education Program (ACE) for its senior high school curriculum.

The MOA was signed by Ms. Maria Pilar Fatima R. Sibal, President and CEO of Phoenix Publishing House, Inc., and Bro. Alberto R. Domingo Jr., Ed.D., University President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of NEU. The event was witnessed by key stakeholders from both institutions.

Representing Phoenix Publishing House alongside Ms. Sibal were Ms. Maria Claria Sibal, Vice President for Business Development, Dr. Reuben Velarde, Assistant Vice President for Business Development (Non-Print), and Ms. Edna Santos, Senior Account Executive.

With the theme of **Academic Curriculum Enhancement (ACE) at its core, the collaboration underscores both institutions’ commitment to enriching the digital learning experience for students through advanced coding education. The Aralinks Coding Education Program is expected to enhance students’ computational thinking and digital fluency—essential skills for the evolving digital economy.

“This partnership is more than just about digital resources,” said Ms. Sibal. “It is about preparing a generation of learners for the demands of tomorrow.”

Bro. Domingo echoed the sentiment, highlighting that NEU’s mission to provide quality, relevant, and futuristic education is greatly supported by such initiatives. He emphasized that the partnership aligns with the university’s long-term vision of integrating technology-driven instruction into its learning systems.

The event served not only as a ceremonial agreement but also as a symbol of joint commitment to empowering Filipino youth through innovative learning tools.
